the location is really central and close to everything. the staff was very helpful. i was upgraded to a premium room, it was a nice surprise!

The room felt quite small. I was barely able to move around the bed. the window let a draft in. it made the room cold at night.

The hotel offered a prime location close to major attractions. I appreciated the efficient service from the staff, who were always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection, with many fresh options.

The room temperature was difficult to regulate, and the air conditioning unit seemed less effective.

poor room design breakfast service

the location was acceptable because it was central. i could walk to many places from there.

the room i got initially was not good. it was small and the bathroom needed a better design. the sink placement behind the door made it difficult to move around. breakfast had too few staff, causing delays in service.

clean room coffee machine range of options

the location is very accessible. the room was clean and included all amenities a solo traveller needs. the expresso coffee machine in the room was a bonus. i also appreciated the wide range of options at breakfast and the excellent service.
